Law360, New York (January 05, 2012, 9:32 PM ET) -- Crowell & Moring LLP has added two partners with experience advising broker-dealers and other financial companies on securities matters to their New York office, the firm said Wednesday.
The partners, Linda Lerner and Eden L. Rohrer, have more than 50 years of combined experience dealing with securities regulatory, compliance and dispute issues. Lerner had most recently spent seven years at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, while Rohrer had been at Haynes and Boone LLP since 2008.
