Retail Chains Shopko, Pamida To Reunite

Law360, New York (January 4, 2012, 5:36 PM EST) -- Midwest-based general merchandise retailers Shopko Stores Operating Co. LLC and Pamida Stores Operating Co. LLC have agreed to merge back together to create one of the nation's largest retail chains focused on serving small communities, the companies announced Wednesday.
