Law360, New York (January 4, 2012, 8:23 PM EST) -- The Second Circuit on Wednesday affirmed a lower court’s decision that a former Wyeth Pharmaceuticals Inc. employee had waited too long to file his wrongful termination suit, shedding light on when the statute of limitations begins to run under the New York state whistleblower statute.
