Law360, New York (January 05, 2012, 2:11 PM ET) -- The insurer for actor Mickey Rooney's stepson, whom Rooney accused last year of elder abuse, asked a Los Angeles court on Wednesday to declare that it is not obligated to defend Rooney's stepson in the underlying suit.
