Law360, New York (January 05, 2012, 7:06 PM ET) -- An initial group of about 15 lawyers will leave the Amsterdam office of Baker & McKenzie LLP to launch a new firm focusing on private equity work and eventually mergers and acquisitions, a source close to the matter said Thursday.
