Consumer Sours On Sugar In The Raw Advertising

Law360, New York (January 5, 2012, 8:22 PM EST) -- The companies that market Sugar in the Raw were slapped with a proposed class action in California federal court Wednesday by a consumer who says the product's name and label constitute false advertising because the product is not actually raw sugar.
