Former Wis. Official Charged With Stealing Veteran Funds

Law360, New York (January 5, 2012, 10:47 PM EST) -- A former aide to Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker and a former board member of the Milwaukee County Veteran's Service Board were arrested and charged with embezzlement and fraud Thursday for allegedly misappropriating thousands of dollars from multiple funds, including one for families of soldiers killed in Afghanistan and Iraq.
