BP Gets Franchisees' Claims Pared In $200M Contract Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (January 5, 2012, 9:48 PM EST) -- A California judge Thursday dismissed most claims against BP West Coast Products LLC in a $200 million breach of contract lawsuit brought by dozens of gas station franchisees who claim the BP PLC subsidiary forced them to use shoddy software and vendors who paid kickbacks.
