Law360, New York (January 06, 2012, 2:20 PM ET) -- Live Nation Entertainment Inc. imposed illegal service charges on tickets and paid kickbacks to a Baltimore venue, according to a proposed consumer class action removed Thursday to Maryland federal court.
Plaintiff Andre Bourgeois' suit claims that a Baltimore city ordinance limits service charges on tickets to 50 cents and that Live Nation's service charges on tickets average well over ten times that amount.
