Syncora Fights Put-Back Ruling In Countrywide Case

Law360, New York (January 06, 2012, 6:03 PM ET) -- Syncora Guarantee Inc. on Thursday appealed part of a New York state judge's ruling over what the monoline insurer must show to force Bank of America Corp.'s Countrywide Financial Corp. to repurchase mortgage loans in securities Syncora insured.
