Ernst & Young Fights Discovery Bid In Overtime Case

Law360, New York (July 17, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In another wrangling over discovery requests, Ernst & Young has resisted a bid by the plaintiff in an overtime wage action against it to compel the Big Four accounting firm to hand over more information on the putative class members’ time records.
