NY Times, HuffPost Put End To Parenting Blog Name Fight

Law360, New York (January 06, 2012, 3:18 PM ET) -- The New York Times Co. and AOL Inc. on Thursday reached an agreement resolving the newspaper's trademark and unfair competition suit over the Huffington Post's “Parentlode” blog, which the Times alleged had a confusingly similar name to its own “Motherlode” parenting blog.
