Judge Chides Cellini Atty Over Juror Misconduct Questions

Law360, Chicago (January 06, 2012, 7:31 PM ET) -- An Illinois federal judge told an attorney for convicted real estate investor William Cellini to reformulate his line of questioning at a hearing on alleged juror misconduct Friday, saying the lawyer's "accusatory" queries of the juror were not helping his case.
