Workers Can't Be Forced To Sign Class Waivers: NLRB

Law360, New York (January 06, 2012, 10:42 PM ET) -- The National Labor Relations Board ruled Tuesday that employers may not force employees to sign arbitration agreements that include class action waivers over issues including overtime and pay, in a decision that starkly contrasts a landmark U.S. Supreme Court ruling from April.
