Law360, New York (January 06, 2012, 8:25 PM ET) -- A New York bankruptcy judge on Friday granted JPMorgan Chase Bank NA's request to force a former Lehman Brothers International Europe director to testify in a case accusing JPMorgan of cheating Lehman out of $8.6 billion in the days before the investment bank's collapse.
U.S. Bankruptcy Judge James M. Peck agreed to grant JPMorgan's application for the issuance of a letter of request seeking evidence from Andrew Wright, a U.K. resident who is also Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc.'s former chief financial officer for Europe.
