Verizon Sued Over Mobile Phone Alert Technology

Law360, New York (July 18, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An Internet company that has garnered licensing deals with Microsoft Corp., Yahoo Inc. and AOL Inc. has now dialed-in its patent enforcement efforts against Verizon Wireless for allegedly violating its intellectual property for automated alerts.
