Law360, Chicago (January 09, 2012, 6:52 PM ET) -- Jones Day has lured the head of Mayer Brown LLP's environmental law group over to its Chicago outpost, adding a partner with substantial experience in government agencies to its ranks, the firm said Monday.
Tom Skinner has held posts at the U.S. and Illinois Environmental Protection Agencies, and he focuses his private-sector practice on environmental litigation, civil and criminal enforcement matters at the federal and state levels, regulatory and permitting matters, and crisis response counseling, his new firm said.
