Law360, New York (January 09, 2012, 5:09 PM ET) -- Alston & Bird LLP has snagged a former McDermott Will & Emery LLP partner to boost its transactional and securities practice in Silicon Valley, Calif., the firm announced Monday.
Lior Nuchi, who has 25 years of legal experience in Silicon Valley representing public companies, investment banks and investors, joined Alston as a partner in the firm's corporate transactions and securities group.
