Law360, New York (January 09, 2012, 10:04 PM ET) -- The states of Illinois, Oregon and Washington told a California federal judge Friday that modifications are needed before a bid for approval of $538 million in settlements to end class action liquid crystal display price-fixing claims against Samsung Electronics Co. and others can be granted.
