Law360, New York (January 09, 2012, 6:31 PM ET) -- New York-based law firm Morrison Cohen LLP has picked up partner Bruce P. Levine — who represents private equity firms, strategic investors, commercial banks and corporations — from Herrick Feinstein LLP, the firm announced Monday.
Levine has worked for more than 25 years representing clients in a variety of transactions, including secured and unsecured financings, asset-based and cash-flow loans, acquisition financings, mezzanine and second lien financings, leveraged transactions and letter of credit and trade financing facilities.
