National Union Scores Again In Row With Carbon Black Co.

Law360, New York (January 10, 2012, 5:17 PM ET) -- In the latest in a long-running insurance dispute, a Texas federal judge on Monday ruled that the umbrella policies held by Continental Carbon Co. do not require its insurer to cover $28 million in legal fees and a $20.7 million settlement stemming from pollution suits over the company's carbon black plant in Alabama.
