Calif. County’s Sherman Act Claim Nixed In Plasma MDL

Law360, New York (January 10, 2012, 5:33 PM EST) -- The Illinois federal judge overseeing a multidistrict litigation over an alleged price-fixing conspiracy by blood plasma product makers on Monday dismissed a California county's federal claim on behalf of indirect purchasers and questioned whether its state law claims should remain in the MDL.
