Law360, Los Angeles (January 10, 2012, 9:44 PM ET) -- A California judge on Tuesday signed off on a $500,000 settlement resolving a class action accusing Wolfgang Puck Catering & Events LLC of failing to pay employees overtime wages or provide meal and rest breaks.
“It seems like it's well done,” California Superior Court Judge Terry A. Green told attorneys at Tuesday's hearing. “I have no concerns about [the settlement] other than you didn't bring the food with you today.”
