KBR Settles With Former Truck Driver Hurt In Iraq

Law360, New York (January 10, 2012, 6:30 PM ET) -- KBR Inc. on Monday settled a Texas suit with a former truck driver injured in a 2004 attack in Iraq, who accused the military contractor of failing to protect a group of civilian employees.

Attorneys for the injured truck driver and the defendants, including former KBR parent company Halliburton Co. and several KBR affiliates and subsidiaries, filed a motion for dismissal with prejudice of all claims after agreeing to a confidential settlement.
