Law360, New York (January 10, 2012, 8:16 PM ET) -- Consumer groups on Tuesday again urged federal regulators to block pharmacy benefit manager Express Scripts Inc.'s proposed $29.1 billion acquisition of rival Medco Health Solutions Inc., saying health plans won't protect consumers from anti-competitive harm caused by the deal.
