Law360, New York (January 11, 2012, 1:45 PM ET) -- Some U.S. Food and Drug Administration advisers who voted that Bayer AG's Yasmin, Yaz and other birth control pills were more beneficial than harmful had improper ties to the drugmaker, an ex-FDA chief asserted in testimony unsealed last week in an Illinois federal court overseeing multidistrict litigation.
