AmeriGas Told To Cut Propane Unit From $3B ETP Buy

Law360, New York (January 11, 2012, 2:46 PM ET) -- The Federal Trade Commission on Wednesday ordered AmeriGas Partners LP to exclude Energy Transfer Partners LP's propane cylinder exchange unit from its proposed $2.9 billion acquisition of the company's propane and propane products divisions as a condition for allowing the deal.
