Law360, New York (January 12, 2012, 4:15 PM ET) -- A New York federal judge on Wednesday allowed Lantheus Medical Imaging Co. to take a discovery request to Canadian courts in a dispute over coverage for business interruption losses stemming from the shutdown of a Canadian nuclear reactor that supplied the company with radioactive material.
