Law360, New York (January 12, 2012, 2:19 PM ET) -- Shared Memory Graphics LLC on Wednesday dismissed its patent suit against Nintendo of America Inc. over graphics accelerator technology.
U.S. District Judge Maxine M. Chesney of the Northern District of California dismissed the suit based on a stipulation the parties filed Tuesday, in which they agreed to dismiss all the claims and counterclaims against each other with prejudice. A representative of Nintendo said that Shared Memory agreed to voluntarily dismiss its claims against Nintendo.
