Ex-SK Foods CEO Loses Bid To Hush Wiretap Evidence

Law360, New York (January 12, 2012, 5:56 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Wednesday denied the former CEO of SK Foods' request to suppress evidence from a government wiretap in a criminal case about price-fixing in the tomato industry, saying the information from the taps couldn't have been obtained in a less intrusive way.
