Judge Won't Pull KBR Toxic Burn Pit Suits From MDL

Law360, New York (January 12, 2012, 6:45 PM ET) -- A Maryland federal judge on Thursday refused to remand to state court seven actions included in multidistrict litigation claiming government contractor KBR Inc. exposed U.S. military personnel to toxic fumes from open-air burn pits in Iraq and Afghanistan.
