Law360, New York (January 12, 2012, 7:32 PM ET) -- The former co-head of Vinson & Elkins LLP's securities litigation and enforcement practice group has joined Schiffer Odom Hicks & Johnson PLLC as a partner in its Houston office, Schiffer Odom confirmed Thursday.
Kenneth P. Held, who officially joined the firm Jan. 3, told Law360 Thursday that he was excited to practice in a boutique setting.
“I think boutiques offer a great platform in terms of flexibility, freedom from client conflicts of interest, and nimbleness,” Held said.
