NCsoft Accuses Rival Gaming Co. Of Trade Secret Theft

Law360, New York (January 13, 2012, 2:08 PM ET) -- Online role-playing game maker NCsoft Corp. filed a trade secrets and unfair competition lawsuit against rival Bluehole Studio Inc. last week, claiming the company was created by former NCsoft employees who stole software and artwork to launch their own product.
