Law360, New York (January 17, 2012, 8:03 PM ET) -- Telecommunications company Adaptix Inc. lodged a flurry of suits in Texas federal court Friday accusing AT&T Inc., Verizon Wireless, Nokia Siemens Networks US LLC and others of infringing its patents covering wireless technology.
The suits also name as defendants LightSquared Inc., LightSquared GP Inc., Motorola Mobility Inc., AT&T Mobility LLC, LG Electronics Inc., Sprint Spectrum LP, LG Electronics USA Inc., HTC Corp., HTC America Inc., Pantech Wireless Inc. and Alcatel-Lucent USA Inc.
