Trustee Objects To Marcal Creditors' Counsel

Law360, New York (July 19, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Trustee overseeing Marcal Paper Mills Inc.'s Chapter 11 proceedings on Wednesday seconded an objection to a request by the unsecured creditors committee to hire a special environmental counsel, Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker LLP, saying that the proposed counsel has a conflict of interest.
