Law360, New York (January 17, 2012, 2:25 PM ET) -- Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP has lured securities and private equity expert Jennifer A. Bensch from Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP to serve as a partner on its New York capital markets team, the firm said Tuesday.
Bensch, who joined the firm Jan. 11, is a partner in the corporate department, where she represents issuers in securities offerings and advises them on U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission regulations and reporting rules.
