Law360, New York (January 19, 2012, 2:57 PM ET) -- Foley Hoag LLP has bulked up its business department in Boston with a former Ropes & Gray LLP partner with expertise representing technology, life sciences, energy and manufacturing companies in mergers and acquisitions as well as securities matters, the firm said Tuesday.
