Ex-Solyndra Workers Try To Knock Down Bonus Plan

Law360, New York (January 17, 2012, 5:46 PM ET) -- A class of former Solyndra LLC employees on Monday launched an objection to the bankrupt company's $500,000 incentive plan that will award bonuses to 21 current employees, arguing the company has not proven the plan would be a sound business decision.

The California-based solar panel maker submitted a motion for approval of the plan to a Delaware bankruptcy court earlier this month, claiming the bonuses were a maneuver to keep its current employees working toward achieving various performance goals.
