Law360, New York (January 18, 2012, 4:12 PM ET) -- Baker Botts LLP has tapped two former McDermott Will & Emery LLP transactional partners with experience counseling Silicon Valley biotech startups to join its Palo Alto, Calif., office, the firm said Tuesday.
The addition of Kyle Guse and Amar Murugan, who both started with the firm Tuesday, brings to 20 the number of attorneys in Baker Botts’ Northern California location, which opened in 2008.
