Law360, New York (January 18, 2012, 6:19 PM ET) -- Realogy Corp., Century 21 Real Estate LLC and Coldwell Banker Real Estate could shell out as much as $8.6 million under a settlement pact that won preliminary approval Tuesday in a class action accusing real estate companies of conspiring to inflate the price of commissions in Kentucky.
