Law360, New York (January 18, 2012, 4:59 PM ET) -- Cypress Semiconductor Corp. and Alcatel-Lucent have asked the U.S. International Trade Commission to sign off on their deal settling Cypress' patent infringement claims over static random access memory, the companies said Wednesday.
The companies said they had filed a joint motion with the ITC seeking to dismiss Alcatel-Lucent from Cypress' complaint after reaching a settlement. Terms of the deal weren't disclosed.
