Deere Prevails In ITC Harvester Trademark Row

Law360, New York (January 18, 2012, 5:56 PM ET) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission on Friday determined that a group of farming vehicle retailers infringed trademarks registered to Deere & Co. by importing and selling Deere's European-version harvesting equipment in the U.S., reinstating an ITC ruling that had been lost on appeal.
