Comcast Seeks High Court Reversal Of Antitrust Class Cert.

Law360, Washington (January 18, 2012, 8:09 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court should overturn a Third Circuit decision upholding the recertification of a class of cable TV customers accusing Comcast Corp. of illegally establishing a monopoly in the Philadelphia area in light of the Dukes v.
