WaMu, Firms Call Investors' Info Request A Stall Tactic

Law360, New York (January 18, 2012, 8:21 PM EST) -- Bankrupt Washington Mutual Inc. and a group of hedge funds helping to craft the bank's reorganization plan asked a judge Wednesday to reject a motion that would force them to give a group of shareholders more information before the plan is confirmed, calling it an effort to stall the process.
