Chinese Cos. Fight Antitrust Laws’ Reach In High Court

Law360, New York (January 19, 2012, 5:55 PM ET) -- A group of Chinese magnesite exporters early this month petitioned the U.S. Supreme Court to hear their appeal of a Third Circuit decision reviving a six-year-old price-fixing case against them, claiming it contradicts precedent limiting antitrust claims targeting overseas conduct.
