SAC Probe Questions Resurface Amid Insider Trading Arrests

Law360, New York (January 18, 2012, 9:19 PM ET) -- The insider trading arrest Wednesday of an analyst at a unit of SAC Capital Advisors LP has reignited speculation about a probe into founder Steven A. Cohen, long suspected but never charged for supposedly helping to foster a culture of illegal information sharing on Wall Street.

Jon Horvath, a 42-year-old technology analyst with the massive Connecticut-based fund, was one of seven people charged in the latest insider trading crackdown, which allegedly racked up approximately $62 million in trades on shares of computer maker Dell Inc....
