Law360, New York (January 18, 2012, 8:35 PM ET) -- A Georgia federal judge on Wednesday refused to award attorneys' fees to furnishing company Trade Am International Inc., despite its $9 million win in its case against Cincinnati Insurance Co. over coverage for property damage caused by a burst water pipe.
U.S. Magistrate Judge E. Clayton Scofield III said in his order that Trade Am had requested relief under the wrong Georgia statute.
