Law360, New York (January 18, 2012, 9:55 PM ET) -- A California appeals court on Wednesday revived a putative wage-and-hour class action against Pacific Health Corp., ruling the trial court should not have tossed the case based on a denial of class certification in a different suit against the hospital owner.
