Disney Comedian Spanked Woman At TV Taping: Suit

Law360, New York (January 19, 2012, 6:07 PM ET) -- A woman who claims she was spanked and kissed against her will by a comedian performing for the crowd at a taping of the Disney Channel sitcom "Good Luck Charlie" sued The Walt Disney Co. for negligence Tuesday in California state court.

Plaintiff Kellie Rodriguez claims Disney failed to supervise comedian Ron Pearson and should be held liable for the alleged sexual assault.
