Carlyle Takes China Pacific Stake Below 5 Percent

Law360, New York (January 20, 2012, 5:39 PM ET) -- The Carlyle Group has sold 18 million shares of its stake in China Pacific Insurance Group Co. Ltd., bringing its interest down to 425 million shares, or less than 5 percent of the company, a person familiar with the matter said Friday.
